HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We understand you may have changed your mind. That is why you will have 15
days from the purchase date to fulfill free returns by mail for all online orders.
Good news! Online orders can be returned via mail or in store as long as the order abides by the return policy conditions that can be found below.
Please note: In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail and exchanges must
be done at store level.
WHAT IS A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL?
The pre-paid return label is the electronic document you will need to print to return your item(s) within the 15 days period. The instructions to finding your electronic pre-paid return label can be found below. The prepaid label will be auto-filled based on your profile and order information. This label is a prepaid shipping label for the Canadian Postal Service.
Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $10.95 per pair fee that
covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns or exchanges will be done through the original method of payment. Your exchange or return request must be made within 10 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 6 weeks of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. All refused shipments will be subject to a $10.00 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT
All purchases are final on clearance items.
For International Orders, please email or call us to receive an exchange authorization number. Ship the shoes back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per pair restocking fee. Exchanges will be done through the original method of payment. However, please note that all refused shipments will be charged $59.90 to cover shipping costs both ways. This will not be refunded to your credit card.
B. RETURNING IN-STORE:
Bring the merchandise in its original condition with a proof of purchase (receipt) back to a store near you. Your item must meet all eligibility requirements
